Vitamin Sea
Multiple award-winning film Documenting my Record Breaking Journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats by sup.
Vitamin Sea follows my 2 month journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats, the length of mainland UK, by Stand Up Paddleboard. The film focusses on the positive solutions to plastic pollution, including the importance of community and connection to nature. The film also delves into the importance of time in nature for our mental health, and follows a journey full of raw emotion, as changeable as the surface of the ocean.
Expect an epic adventure (but without the messy bits cut out), to see the UK coastline in all her stunning, dramatic glory, and to question your own connection to the ocean and how that is driving you.
you can now watch Vitamin Sea on Vimeo on Demand here.

what the audiences said…
“Phenomenal adventure and cinematography. I loved the honesty of the film and Q&A… and resonates so much. So many people are too busy trying to live life that they don't give themselves time to find out what makes them and their mental health one... totally loved tonight.” - Becky
“I came with two of my girlfriends on Saturday to Keswick and honestly, was blown away by your film, achievements and your honesty. Long story short, I came, saw what you'd achieved and why you did it and it's given me some confidence to keep going with practising the paddle boarding - not that I'd given up - but the confidence to get back to doing my outdoors things, to keep going and focus. You are truly inspirational.” - Sarah
“I left feeling very emotional but massively inspired and pleased I got to come along!” - Rebecca
“Just wanted to let you know I thought about Vitamin Sea all the way home. I got so much from the film, your passion is infectious and for causes that resonate with us all... even if some of us in this planet don't realise it yet!” - Kirsty
“It was great to meet you last night. I enjoyed your film and came away with such a lot of positivity and inspiration. I apprieciated the passion and honesty in your film and talk.” - Sheila
